UPCOMING ONLINE WEBINARS-2026

Build your own AI model to improve your editing
Strengthen the editor’s judgment between fidelity, readability, and semantic analysis

This webinar offers an in-depth look at translation revision in the age of artificial intelligence. Rather than viewing AI as a simple tool for correction or rephrasing, we will examine how revisers can build their own AI.

Using concrete examples, we will address the main pitfalls of revision—semantic overlays, overinterpretation, loss of nuance—and see how well-targeted queries can help inform certain choices, without ever replacing human expertise.

Particular attention will be paid to the tension between fidelity to the source text and readability for the target reader, as well as to the role of semantics in the reviser’s decision-making process.
